Become a Member

You can become an Immunization contract member or an IPA member. However, we have a limited enrollment quota established by the Federal Trade Commission for IPA membership.  This enrollment is based on a geographic area.  Once it is determined that an applicant is eligible and does not exceed the organizations geographic limitations, the applicant will be contacted for application.
